Third Caravan of Minhaj Welfare Foundation Lodhran leaves for affected areas

On the special instructions of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the third caravan of relief goods of Minhaj Welfare Foundation (Lodhran) left for the flood affected areas (i.e. Rojhan and Rajan pur) under the leadership of Malik Hammad, president of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Lodhran). The caravan consists of two truckloads of 300 bags of flour, 300 kg sugar, 100 kg rice, 320 liter of milk, 200 kg of ghee, 14000 packets of biscuits, 200 clothes, 50 beds, 100 liter pure water, medicine and cash amounts.

It should be kept in mind that one million rupees were collected during the last session of Irfan-ul-Quran Course, which were donated for the flood affectees and ration worth million rupees was rushed to the flood affected areas. The ration package included 300 kg milk, thousands packets of biscuits, pulses, sugar, life saving medicines and other necessities of life. Majority of the flood victims are residing in the educational institution of Lodhran and they are being provided with food and other necessities of life. Meanwhile renowned religious scholar Pir Sayyid Zafar Ali visited the camp of MWF and appreciated the services of MWF and its leadership. The office holders of MQI Lodhran were present on the occasion of sending off the caravan.
