Addressing the Qisas rally in Multan via video link from Lahore, PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the Sharif government killed 14 innocent people in Model Town when we challenged its anti-people policies, corruption and terrorism. He asked the PM to tell as to what action he took against those who attacked the national integrity.
Minhaj Women League has announced the holding of workshops and training conventions for workers from April 13 to May 10, 2016 in different districts of the country. MWL (Multan chapter) arranged an organizational and training workshop for its workers on April 17 in Multan, which was attended by Ms. Ayesha Qadri, Secretary General of MWL (South Punjab) and Aneela Ilyas, Secretary General of MWL Central Punjab. A large number of office holders and workers of MWL attended the event.
PAT Multan chapter took out a rally to protest the non-provision of justice in the Model Town case. The rally, which was attended by workers of PAT, religious and political parties and the members of civil society organizations, was organized as part of the Qisas movement. The demonstrators chanted slogans demanding justice. They were holding banners and placards. The PAT leaders addressed the rally and vowed to continue the struggle till the ends of justice are served.
