Minhaj-ul-Quran International (The Hague, Holland) celebrated the month of Rabi-ul Awwal in the form of daily gatherings initiated by Allama Hafiz Yasir Naseem. These spiritual gatherings took place during the first 15 days of the holy month Rabi-ul-Awwal and was an open invitation to youngsters, elders, ladies and gentlemen. The 15 days were eventually followed by the grand Milad, which took place on 3rd December.
By the Grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) and His Beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) Minhaj-ul-Quran Women and Sisters League (The Hague, Netherlands) organized a Mehfil e Milad-un-Nabi (peace and blessings be upon him) in the centre of The Hague. The program took place on 9th of December and started at 2pm. More than 200 women attended this program.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that we were the first ones to challenge the unconstitutionally composed Election Commission and the appointment of its provincial members in the Supreme Court of Pakistan. He said that the then Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhry refused to hear our constitutional petition out of his bias and political ambitions. He said that the ruling elite does not give any weightage and importance to the Constitution.
