Govt’s secret letter leaked: ARY News, PAT and PTI on the target

LAHORE: The government has released a secret memo to its law enforcement agencies, levelling allegations against ARY News as well as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT).

The copy of the secret memo has been received to the ARY News. The letter says that a conspiracy is being hatched to broadcast police baton-charge and shelling on protesters.

The letter also contains government directions focusing to tarnish the image of ARY News.

The secret memo has asked the law enforcement agencies to take action against all printing presses in Rawalpindi who are publishing pamphlets [in connection to long march and anti-government protests] .

It also ordered for monitoring of installation of banners in support of PAT chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri and PTI head Imran Khan.
