No retired judge can give verdict against sitting PM: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri
In his reaction to the address of the PM, PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the commission consisting of retired judge is a drama and a fraud. He demanded of the PM to tender resignation He asked as to why the report of the judicial commission on Model Town has not been made public so far. He said that the looters of national kitty are responsible for killing innocent people in Model Town. He said that the PM of Iceland showed honour and resigned from his post. He said that Pakistan’s PM should also follow his counterpart and join investigation. He said that a commission led by the Chief Justice of Pakistan should investigate the biggest scam of our history.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the real question about the Panama leaks is where the billions of dollars came from and how were they sent abroad, adding that it is something the PM did not talk about in his nationwide address. He said that NAB should have taken notice. He said that the so-called accountability body remains mum and its operations are restricted only to clinching deals with the small looters. He said that corruption of rulers is not hidden from anyone, adding that the son of the PM has admitted to having established offshore companies. He said that no retired judge can demonstrate courage to pass a judgement against the sitting PM.
