Shaykh-ul-Islam expresses sorrow on the death of Tariq Iqbal

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Tariq Iqbal, the father of senior journalist Zulqarnain Iqbal, and brother-in-law of Ghulam Ali Khan, senior leader and media coordinator of Pakistan Awami Tehreek Northern Punjab. He prayed for the deceased’s forgiveness, mercy, and elevated status.

In his condolence message, Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri prayed that Allah the Almighty grants forgiveness to the deceased, bestows a high place in Jannat-ul-Firdous, and grants patience to Ghulam Ali Khan, Zulqarnain Haider, Kamran Iqbal, Suhail Iqbal, and all the bereaved family members.

Chairman of the MQI Supreme Council Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, MQI President Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Noorullah Siddiqui, Engineer Rafiq Najam, Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees, Abdul Hafeez Chaudhry, and other leaders also expressed their condolences over the demise of Tariq Iqbal.

They prayed for his forgiveness and mercy, acknowledging that his death is an irreparable loss for his family. They shared in the family's grief and prayed that Allah grants the deceased forgiveness and the bereaved family the patience to bear this loss.
