KARACHI: Chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran Dr. Tahirul Qadri has said that democracy exists only in name, but in actual fact is non-existent in the country.
"The revolution would be peaceful and has nothing to do with violence and rioting," he said.
He said that he would not allow any threat to the existence and survival of Pakistan even at the cost of his life.
"I will sacrifice my life but will not allow Pakistan's existence to be jeopardized," he said.
About the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), he said, "I am not dispatching the proposals to Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) as it has no power at all. Instead, we want India-like Election Commission."
