Mafil-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) an Enlivening Experience!
By the grace of Allah and the blessings of the Holy Prophet (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi Wassalam) there is a monthly arrangement of Mahfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi assalam) of ladies in the venue of Idara Minhaj-ul-Quran in Arezzo, Italy and under the Idara Minhaj-ul-Quran, Arezzo. As the succession of this arrangement there took place a Mahfil-e-Milad-un-Nabi (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi Wassalam) on Sunday, 31stJuly, 2005.
Relying principally on the spiritual uplift reward by this conduct the Mahfil follows quite informal structure. The format of the programme was as under:
Before the formal beginning of the mahfil, sisters recited Darood Sharif for almost 45 minutes to be blessed with the love and blessings of Allah and the Beloved Prophet (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi Wassalam.
Sister Uzma recited the Holy verses of Surah Fateha that marked the formal beginning of the Mahfil. After the recitation a beautiful and inspiring Hammad was recited by all sisters in the form of chorus to pay very humble and loving gratitude and tribute to the blessings of Almighty Allah and to seek the shelter of His love and mercy.
Then there began the recital of the beautiful, inspiring, moving and poignant Naats extending deep reverence, love, obedience and submission to the Holy Prophet (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi Wassalam). Sisters, Manzal, Ambash, Seerat, Fatima, Aysha, Rehaam, Saira, Sania, Uzma and aunty Noreen participated along with all other sisters who joined them in the form of a choir in this sacred exercise and enchanted the participants.
A narration or a lecture on the topic of Hussan-e-Ikhlaq relating to the Uswa-e-Rasool Pak (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi Wassalam) was delivered by one of the sisters that explained the significance and require of the observance of Ikhalaq-e-Hassana in our practical lives especially at the present. It went as a thought provoking and stirring elaboration.
Sisters then joined the Ziker perform of Allah Majdohoo that led to the Dua of the Mahfil, very humble and modest supplications were made to Allah Subhana o Ta’ala seeking His Grace, Assist and Forgiveness.
The Mahfil came to its end with Salaat-o-Salaam on the beloved Prophet Mohammad (Salalaho Alehe Wa Aalehi Wassalam) by the sisters.
Meanwhile a special Nafal Prayer was offered for the forgiveness of the whole Muslim Ummah and to seek the assistance of Allah Subhana-o-Ta’ala in the present challenging state faced to the Muslims in the world.
At the very last there was an assembly for langar sharing, arranged on voluntary basis by sisters with great fervor and keenness.
It’s encouraging that sisters take part quite willingly and enthusiastically. We are prayful to Allah for a further increase of participants in this blessed activity.
So the program ended enriching, elevating, uplifting, sublimating and heartening the souls of all the participants and partakers.
May Allah enable us to retain and preserve this enriching state for long time and award us to continue to arrange such Mahafils in the future as well.
Wassalam
