Preparations for the City of Itikaf Enter the Final Stages

Ideal Arrangements Being Made for the Convenience of the Mu'takifeen: Secretary City of Itikaf Jawad Hamid
The preparations and arrangements for the world’s second-largest City of I'tikaf, organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran International after the one at Haramain Sharifain, have entered their final stages. Thousands of devotees will retreat into seclusion for ten days of repentance, self-reformation, and spiritual purification in this city of I'tikaf. People from Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, all four provinces of Pakistan, and various countries worldwide will participate.
The Deputy Secretary-General of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Secretary of the City of I'tikaf, Jawad Hamid, stated that exemplary arrangements are being made for the convenience of the Mu'takifeen. A control room has been set up to ensure coordination among the administrative committees and organizers. A well-structured system has been arranged for the timely delivery of freshly prepared food in accordance with health and hygiene principles. A water filtration plant has been installed for the attendees, and heavy-duty generators have also been arranged, he said while explaining the arrangements.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will deliver daily speeches after Tarawih prayers. His spiritually enlightening lectures have transformed thousands of lives, and this year, his discourses will focus on "Divine Love and the Pleasure of Tawheed."
The City of I'tikaf will provide 24-hour medical assistance for the Mu'takifeen. Additionally, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, and President of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, will also deliver training lectures. Separate arrangements are being made for male and female Mu'takifeen at Jamia Al-Minhaj in Baghdad Town, Lahore.
