Shaykh-ul-Islam addressed the overflowing audience at MQI Nelson, who had come from across the Lancashire region to benefit from the blessed suhbah of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri.
His Eminence spoke about the importance of intention (niyah) and ensuring
that our intentions are pure. Shaykh-ul-Islam emphasised that without a good
intention (naik niyah), any action (amal) is not accepted in the court of
Almighty Allah. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that every act is performed

anecdotes, explaining that these stories are not meant to be scrutinised but
rather to provide guidance. He stressed that spiritual growth should begin today
by striving to make our intentions pure, purer, and purest. Whatever work we do;
whether it be mission, movement, organization, invitation, propagation of faith,
publication of religious texts, preaching, companionship, or dealings with
others should be done solely for the pleasure of Allah, without expecting any
reward or compensation.
