HC refuses to restrain Pak scholar’s lecture

MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court on Thursday refused to restrain Pakistani scholar Tahirul Qadri from delivering a lecture in Mumbai, observing that people had now become wiser and were unlikely to indulge in communal violence upon instigation.
