We should be grateful to Allah for His blessings: Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri
MQI President Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that those who are grateful to Allah for the gift of good health, affluence and legitimate livelihood earn divine grace and blessings. He said those with ingratitude earn divine wrath. He said that instead of exploiting the people during the Coronavirus epidemic, the traders should open the doors of their godowns for the poor and the needy. This act will not only please Allah but their business will also prosper.
Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din made these remarks while talking to the leaders of Minaj Welfare Foundation and Awami Traders Association through audio link. He said that each moment of Muslims' life should be devoted to the holy Quran and Sunnah. As a trader, a Muslim cannot go beyond the business and morality ethics prescribed by Islam.
Dr Hussain said that those who indulge in profiteering should determine which afflictions struck their life that devoured a big chunk of their income. He said that Allah Almighty protects the honest traders and businessman from diseases and epidemics. He said that he is pained to read the news about artificial shortage of goods and necessities of life from the markets of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. He said that one should do business during the crisis situation and epidemics with a view to serving the suffering humanity. He asked the traders to seek forgiveness of Allah and vow not to indulge in hoarding in the future.
