'Fahm-e-Din' program reviewed
A quarterly meeting to review the progress of "Fahm-e-Din program", an initiative to send the speeches of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri to the local chapters through WhatsApp and other social media platforms was held here at the central secretariat with Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur in the chair.
The meeting was attended by Hafizullah Javed, Coordinator of Fahm-e-Din porgram, Engineer Muhammad Rafique Najam, Noorullah Siddiqui, Allama Ghulam Murtaza Alvi, Arif Chaudhry, Sidra Karamat, Mazhar Mahmood Alvi, Umm-e-Habiba Ismail, Abdus Sattar Minhajian, Adil Zaheer, Shahbaz Tahir, and Raza Tahir. Mian Abdul Qadir and Irfan Yousaf attended the meeting online.
Addressing the meeting, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that Fahm-e-Din program has been launched to provide the addresses of Shaykh-ul-Islam to the local chapters throughout the country in line with Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri's vision of promoting the culture of book-reading and listening to the speeches on various aspects of Islam. He asked the office-holders to take special interest in the program to make it a success. He said that MQI is the first organization to have employed the most modern means of communication to spread the message of love, peace and interfaith dialogue.
MQI Secretary General reviewed the progress reports of the program, and gave instructions to overcome the flaws.
