The death of Samiullah Qadri is a great loss to MQI: Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri
MQI founding leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his deep sense of grief and sorrow on the death of senior leader and former office-holder of MQI Samiullah Qadri. In a condolence message, Dr Qadri paid rich tributes to the services of Samiullah Qadri and said that he was a pious, sincere, and humble person. He was a leader and an asset of MQI who served the cause of Islam with great devotion. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri further said that the death of Samiullah Qadri is a great loss not only for the bereaved family but also for MQI and its workers. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace and give patience and fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this loss.
Meanwhile Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Brig. (r ) Iqbal Ahmed Khan, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, GM Malik, Engineer Mohammad Rafiq Najam, Noorullah Siddiqui, Allama Mir Mohammad Asif Akbar, and other leaders have also expressed their condolences to the brief family on the death of Samiullah Qadri and prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace.
The funeral prayer for the deceased was offerd in Faisal Town Lahore. President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri led the funeral prayer. Among PAT leaders and workers, those who attended the funeral included Brig. (r ) Iqbal Ahmad Khan, Haji Aslam, Rana Fayyaz Ahmad, Haji Muhammad Saleem, Haji Muhammad Ilyas, Jawwad Hamid, GM Malik, Haji Manzoor Hussain, Mazhar Alvi, Shahzad Rasool, Mushtaq Ahmad, SK Sabir, Haji Muhammad Ishaq, Mansha Mughal. A large number of people were present on the occasion.
