Abbottabad: Diploma in Quran Studies course concludes

Under the aegis of Minhaj-ul-Quran's Directorate of Education and Professional Development (EPD), a successful course on "Diploma in Quran Studies" concluded in Abbottabad. Over 500 men and women completed the course and were awarded certificates. The concluding ceremony was addressed by MQI Secretary General, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Director EPD Hafiz Saeed Raza Baghdadi, Allama Javed-ul-Qadri, Allama Mahmood Masood, Allama Sarfraz Qadri, and Engineer Rafiuddin.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran Internationl, congratulated Hafiz Saeed Raza Baghdadi and his entire team for their excellent religious services in promoting the knowledge of the Quran. He stated that Minhaj-ul-Quran is a movement for the promotion of Quranic knowledge, and the Quran guarantees success in both this world and the hereafter. Reconnecting with the Quran is the foremost responsibility of Islamic scholars, he said.

In his address at the closing ceremony, MQI Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that the Quran is a means of guidance and that the success of Muslims lies in being connected with the Quran. He congratulated Hafiz Saeed Raza Baghdadi and his entire team for organizing the Diploma in Quran Studies in Abbottabad, which benefitted hundreds of people.

Hafiz Saeed Raza Baghdadi stated that, Alhamdulillah, they are traveling city to city to promote Quranic knowledge. So far, successful Diploma in Quran Studies courses has been conducted in 40 cities, with over 500,000 people benefitting from various Quranic courses. He announced that from August 3 to August 13, a Diploma in Quran Studies course would be conducted in Jaranwala, covering Tajweed, Quran translation, Tafseer, and Arabic grammar.

The concluding ceremony in Abbottabad was attended by Commissioner Hazara Zone Syed Zaheer-ul-Islam, scholars from various schools of thought, journalists, and representatives of civil society. The course was organized by the Directorate of Education and Professional Development in collaboration with Minhaj-ul-Quran International Hazara Zone.
