MQI Lahore to host 41st International Milad Conference: Prof Zulfiqar Ali

A meeting of MQI Lahore was held under the chairmanship of President Lahore, Professor Zulfiqar Ali. The meeting was attended by district and PP officials of Minhaj-ul-Quran Lahore. The participants discussed the preparations and arrangements for the 41st International Milad Conference.

In his address, Professor Zulfiqar Ali urged the MQI officials and workers to invite every resident of Lahore to participate in the International Milad Conference. He emphasized that the identity and uniqueness of MQI are rooted in the love and devotion to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Professor Zulfiqar Ali directed the officials to invite leaders from the business community, doctors, engineers, lawyers, scholars, literary figures, students, teachers, and personalities from various other walks of life to the International Milad Conference. He announced that, like every year, torch-bearing processions will be held across Lahore under the theme of "Welcoming Rabi-ul-Awwal."

These torch-bearing processions, he said, will be a grand welcome to the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal and mark the beginning of Minhaj-ul-Quran's Milad campaign. He added that the workers are working day and night to prepare and organize the International Milad Conference. The International Milad Conference at Minar-e-Pakistan has been held for 41 years. This year, too, the celebration of Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) will be organized with great splendor.

He expressed pride in Lahore hosting the International Milad Conference for 41 years. He also mentioned that reception camps would be set up in all PP constituencies of Lahore Division to invite people to the conference. Additionally, reception camps will be established at all entry points to Lahore to guide and welcome caravans arriving from other cities.

The meeting was attended by Nazim Lahore Amjad Hussain Chaudhry, Captain (R) Abdul Majid, Muhammad Afzal Bhatti, Sheikh Farhan Aziz, Haji Amjad, Rehan Chaudhry, Meraj Khalid, and other leaders.
