At the invitation of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Abdul Fattah, a member of the Research Academy of Al-Azhar University in Egypt, and Shaykh Abdullah Najeeb Salem, Head of Research for the Government of Kuwait, visited the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International in Lahore ahead of their participation in the 41st International Mawlid Conference.

Upon arrival at the Secretariat, they were welcomed by Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, GM Malik, Dr. Mumtaz-ul-Hassan Barvi, Dr. Muhammad Akram Rana, Engineer Rafiq Najm, Noorullah Siddiqui, and Allama Ain-ul-Haq Baghdadi. The Arab scholars delivered a special lecture to the senior students of the College of Shariah.

The Arab scholars highly appreciated Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri’s global contributions to the promotion of knowledge, interfaith harmony and peace. The distinguished guests remarked that Pakistan is a beautiful country, and its people are very loving and hospitable. Dr. Abdul Fattah stated that the prosperous future of the Muslim Ummah is linked to mutual unity and the pursuit of education and research.

Shaykh Abdullah Najeeb Salem, while addressing the students of the College of Shariah, emphasized that a student's etiquette lies in showing respect to their teacher, as the teacher is a spiritual father. He advised the students to maintain sincerity in their intentions. He also said that the entire world is currently facing challenges, but the students and their teachers are doing great work.

Shaykh Abdullah highlighted that, due to the onslaught of media in general and social media in particular, the students are currently in a state of spiritual and moral warfare. He added that global powers are trying to divert their ethical and spiritual direction towards distractions. In such a situation, educational institutions are pure and safe places, and students are only secure under the guidance of their honorable teachers.
