Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri visits Astana Aaliya Qadria Baghkandi Sharif

Chairman of Minhaj-ul-Quran International’s Supreme Council, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, visited Astana Aaliya Qadria Baghkandi Sharif. He was warmly welcomed by the custodian of the shrine, Sahibzada Sheikh-ul-Quran wa Hadith Pir Hafiz Muhammad Qadri, along with Sahibzada Pir Muhammad Qadri, Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Qadri, and Sahibzada Dr. Anwar Muhammad Qadri. They presented him with flower bouquets and draped the special shrine shawl over him.

Speaking at a training session at Astana Aaliya Qadria Baghkandi Sharif, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said, "We are here at the great educational and spiritual center of Pir Tariqat Syed Ghulam Muhammad Qadri, also known as Baghkandi Baba Ji (may Allah's mercy be upon him). We have met his sons, and may Allah bless this great institution of knowledge, action, and service to religion."

He highlighted the deep love that Baghkandi Baba Ji had for Shaykh-ul-Islam, and prayed for the continuation of this blessed relationship. Quoting Imam Salmi’s book "Al-Wasiyyah," Dr. Hassan shared a piece of advice given by Imam Salmi to his student: "O my son, if you want to walk the path of truth with steadfastness and determination, then my advice is to keep the company of the righteous. Make it a habit to associate with the pious. If you want to embark on the journey of spirituality, you must humble yourself at one door, for those who bow at multiple doors become lost."

He further added, "Sitting in the company of the pious will influence you, even if only by adopting their spiritual colors. If you want to gain something from the righteous, you need to be close to them and make visiting their shrines a habit. Connect yourself to these spiritual centers, adopt knowledge, and make it a habit. When you seek knowledge, cultivate good manners, and stay in the company of the pious, you will be safeguarded from the deceptions of the world and the evils of the time."
He emphasized that respect is the key to success, saying, "Respect every moment and everything, for those who hold onto the thread of respect are never left without value. The mother of Imam Malik used to say, 'My son, learn respect before you learn knowledge.'"

During the visit, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri presented Sahibzada Sultan Muhammad Qadri, president of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan Malakand Division, with an affiliation certificate from Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan and congratulated him. He prayed that Allah makes this affiliation a source of knowledge, teaching, and training. When knowledge and teaching come under the guidance of a righteous person, rare gems are created. He hoped that this center would continue to spread the light of knowledge with steadfastness and determination.

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri also presented his renowned book, "Dastoor-e-Madinah aur Falahi Riyasat ka Tasawur" (The Constitution of Madinah and the Concept of a Welfare State), along with other newly published works as gifts.

The event was attended by the Secretary-General of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Deputy Secretary-General of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Chaudhry Irfan Yousuf, Secretary-General of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan, Dr. Mir Asif Akbar Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran Ulema Council, Haji Imdadullah Khan Qadri, along with followers, associates, devotees, and students and teachers from the educational institution connected with Astana Aaliya Baghkandi Sharif.
