Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri's mother-in-law passes away
Funeral prayer led by MQI President Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri,
The mother-in-law of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has passed away. The deceased was the maternal grandmother of Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council, and Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
The funeral prayer was held in her native city, Jhang, and was led by Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri. A large number of people attended the funeral, including Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Secretary General of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Raja Zahid Mahmood, Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees, Jawad Hamid, Syed Musharraf Shah, Shehzad Rasool Qadri, Qazi Faiz-ul-Islam, Rana Muhammad Farooq, Haji Muhammad Ishaq, Mansha-ul-Islam, Mian Zahid Javed, and Saeed Akhtar.
The central, provincial, and district leaders of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Pakistan Awami Tehreek, as well as notable figures from various walks of life, were also present.
The deceased was the widow of Haji Mehr Ghulam Muhammad Qadri and the sister of Sufi Maqsood Ahmad Qadri. She was the mother of Muhammad Sibghatullah Qadri, Muhammad Shafqatullah Qadri, Muhammad Qudratullah Qadri, and Muhammad Azmatullah Qadri.
Senior leaders and deputy directors of Minhaj-ul-Quran offered condolences to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and prayed for the forgiveness and elevated ranks of the deceased in the hereafter.
