Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri meets Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo at his residence
Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, met with senior politician and former Chief Minister of Punjab, Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo, at his residence in Okara.
The Chairman Supreme Council inquired about his well-being and prayed for his complete recovery.
During the visit, Dr. Hassan Qadri presented his renowned book, “The Concept of the State of Madinah and a Welfare State,” to Mian Manzoor Wattoo. He highlighted that the model of the State of Madinah remains practicable today and offers solutions to the political, economic, and administrative challenges faced by the Muslim Ummah. He emphasized that the Holy Prophet (PBUH), through the Charter of Madinah, united all communities into a single nation, emphasizing the concepts of unity and Ummah. On this occasion, Mian Manzoor Ahmed Wattoo expressed his admiration for Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri’s scholarly achievements and his invaluable contributions to promoting knowledge and peace. He added, "I am pleased that his sons, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri and Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, are following in his footsteps, and serving religion and humanity."
