Youth Should Use Social Media Positively: Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri

Addresses a Seminar on “Preserving Social Values” in Frankfurt
The seminar was organized with the joint collaboration of Minhaj-ul-Quran Germany and the Pakistani community

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, addressed a special seminar in Frankfurt, Germany, on the topic of preserving social values and the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

He stated that Islam is a complete code of life until the Day of Judgment, and as Muslims, it is our religious duty to convey the message of Islam using modern means of communication. Islam teaches us to fulfill social responsibilities, and a Mustafavi (Prophetic) society cannot remain indifferent to economic and social challenges. Moreover, Islam does not promote monasticism.

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri emphasized that social media is a powerful modern communication tool that brings both benefits and risks. Therefore, it is essential to educate users about its responsible use. Parents must take responsibility not only for their children's education but also for their upbringing. In particular, they should monitor their children's daily activities and social media usage.

He further added that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) holds the highest moral excellence, as the Qur’an describes his character as the most beautiful. Striving to improve one's morals and character is also an act of obedience and following the Prophet (PBUH).

The seminar was attended by Mian Imran-ul-Haq, Dr. Chan Naseeb, Mian Maqsood Ikram, Faisal Hussain Mashhadi, Raja Babar Hussain, Allama Hassan Mir Qadri, Allama Syed Farhat Hussain Shah, Allama Haroon Abbasi Al-Azhari, Mufti Mumtaz Hussain Pirzada, Allama Siddiq Ahmed Patharvi, Allama Tauseef Ahmed, Sajjad Warraich, Yasir Ahmed, Haji Irshad Warraich, Jaweria Sajjad, Qari Faiz Ahmed, Syed Arshad Shah, Shafiq Murad, Allama Sardar Iftikhar, and Faiz Alam Qadri.

After completing his four-day organizational and preaching tour of Germany, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri departed for Sweden last night. There, he will address the Seerah-un-Nabi (PBUH) Conference and various social events and seminars organized by the Pakistani community. Additionally, he will meet with officials of Minhaj-ul-Quran Sweden.
