Father Pascal Paulos thanks MWF for Including a Christian couple in mass wedding ceremony
Father Pascal Paulos, head of the Catholic Church, expressed his gratitude to the Minhaj Welfare Foundation (MWF) for including Christian couples alongside Muslim couples in the mass wedding ceremony organized by the foundation. He described this initiative as a remarkable example of interfaith harmony.
He thanked Minhaj Welfare Foundation, an institution founded by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, for promoting religious coexistence. He stated, "The inclusion of Christian couples in this joyous occasion is a shining example of interfaith harmony in Pakistan."
He further added, "Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri's services are dedicated to humanity. His teachings promote mutual love, tolerance, and unity."
During the ceremony, the Christian couple, Naveed George Masih and Muskan Margaret, also expressed their gratitude to Minhaj Welfare Foundation and Interfaith Relations Director, Sohail Ahmad Raza, for making them part of this special occasion.
