Addresses a Special Meeting on the Preparations for I'tikaf 2025

Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, while speaking at a special meeting held to review the arrangements for I'tikaf 2025, stated that I'tikaf serves as a means of renewing the bond of servitude with Allah. He emphasized that fasting and seclusion in the last ten days of Ramadan provide opportunities for self-purification, self-accountability, and moral refinement.

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri further highlighted that Minhaj-ul-Quran's City of I'tikaf is internationally renowned and serves as a magnificent training institute. For ten days, participants immerse themselves in an environment of learning and spiritual purification. He stressed that utmost respect and care should be ensured for all attendees.

During the briefing, Secretary-General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur stated that, as in previous years, participants from Pakistan and around the world will join Minhaj-ul-Quran’s City of I'tikaf. The registration process is in its final stages, and all possible arrangements have been made for accommodation, meals, and worship facilities. To ensure timely medical assistance, doctors and medical staff will be available 24/7, with Minhaj Welfare Foundation providing free medical aid and medicines.

The Secretary-General also announced that this year, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri will deliver a special lecture series every night after Taraweeh prayers on the topic 'Divine Love and the Delight of Tawhid.

The meeting was attended by Vice President Brigadier (Retd.) Iqbal Ahmad Khan, Jod Hamid, G.M. Malik, Rana Waheed Shehzad, Farhan Aziz, and other committee members.
