Minhaj Education Society's Farid-e-Millat Scholarship Ceremony to Be Held on April 16

Under the auspices of Minhaj Education Society (MES), the Farid-e-Millat Scholarship Award Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Al-Farabi Auditorium, Minhaj University Lahore. During the event, outstanding students will be awarded scholarships, shields, and certificates.

The ceremony will be presided over by Chairman of Minhaj Education Society, Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri.

This was announced by Shoaib Tahir, Director Operations of MES, while addressing a meeting regarding preparations for the event. He stated that the Farid-e-Millat Scholarship Ceremony is an annual event that brings joy and encouragement to deserving and talented students.

Shoaib Tahir noted that the Farid-e-Millat Scholarship program was launched in 2009, and to this day remains a beacon of hope for thousands of students across the country, who, despite financial hardships, remain passionate about pursuing education. The purpose of the scholarship, he said, is to support deserving and talented students who, despite limited resources, are determined to continue their education so that they can become productive members of society.

He further stated that education is the foundation of any nation’s development, and if talented but underprivileged students are provided academic assistance, they can not only transform their own lives but also become an asset to the country and the nation. Minhaj Education Society is playing its role in the field of education with this vision in mind.

Shoaib Tahir added that the ceremony will be attended by educational experts, political, social, and religious personalities, as well as a large number of parents, teachers, students, and distinguished guests.
