An Iftar dinner was organized in the City of I'tikaf in honor of the families of the martyrs of Model Town, where they were also presented with Eid gifts. The gifts were distributed by Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, along with Secretary-General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur and Tayyab Zia.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri expressed his sorrow, stating that even after 11 years, justice has not been served to the martyrs, which is deeply painful. He emphasized that when justice is lost from a society, the blessings of Allah are also withdrawn.

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri further stated that they have been pursuing legal action for justice for the past 11 years and will continue to do so. He appealed to the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court to ensure justice is delivered.

Meanwhile, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri also delivered a training session in the City of I'tikaf on the topic "The Lives of Prophets and Principles of Character Building."

He emphasized that knowledge becomes beneficial only when it is put into practice. He urged attendees to continue implementing what they have learned during Ramadan throughout their lives.

He advised:

  1. Never abandon the five daily prayers under any circumstances.
  2. Uphold good morals and character.
  3. Stay connected with the Holy Quran, recite it regularly, and strive to understand its translation.

Chairman Supreme Council further stated that Allah revealed the Quran as a book of guidance, narrating the stories of the Prophets to provide lessons for humanity.

Quoting the teachings of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, he emphasized the values of service, brotherhood, and chivalry. He explained that true chivalry lies in treating people with kindness, enduring their hardships, and striving to alleviate their suffering.
