Haripur: Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri Addresses Grand Mawlid-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference

Haripur: Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, delivered a spiritually uplifting address at the grand Mawlid-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference held at SkyLight Marquee, Haripur.

Speaking on the noble character of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Dr. Hassan Qadri said that the Holy Qur’an declares the Prophet’s character as “exalted and magnificent,” stating: “Indeed, you are upon the highest standard of moral excellence.” Every form of perfection and every source of beauty in creation originates from the blessed person of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. Allah Almighty bestowed such a lofty rank upon His Beloved ﷺ that every action and every aspect of his personality became the embodiment of perfection.

Dr. Hassan Qadri said that the life of the Holy Prophet ﷺ was a manifestation of grace, beauty, and moral excellence. The Qur’an described his character as perfect and unparalleled. The Prophet ﷺ was the embodiment of forgiveness, compassion, gentleness, sweet speech, and exemplary conduct. Allah Almighty repeatedly swore by His Beloved ﷺ in the Qur’an to express His divine love and honored him with the Night of Ascension (Mi‘raj), granting him the vision of His divine presence.

Professor Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri further stated that the Prophet’s life is filled with shining examples of humility, kindness, and humanity, offering timeless guidance for all generations. The Prophet ﷺ would gladly accept invitations from the poor, rarely visit the rich, and express patience in times of hardship and gratitude in times of ease. His noble character had such a profound impact that even the desert Arabs, upon meeting him, became devoted companions and embraced the path of righteousness forever. That is why the Companions (Sahaba) sacrificed their lives out of love and devotion for him.

He emphasized that today, we must reflect upon our own character and morals to see how much of the Prophet’s ﷺ beautiful conduct is present within us. If we mold our lives according to his character, hatred, envy, and revenge will disappear from society, and love, brotherhood, and peace will prevail.

At the end of the event, the Chairman of the Supreme Council awarded Life Membership certificates of Minhaj-ul-Quran International to over 20 individuals, while appreciation shields and certificates were presented on behalf of the Hazara Zone to recognize outstanding performance across various forums in the Haripur District. Sahibzada Atta ur Rehman from Astana Aaliya Choor Sharif presented Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri with a gifted collection of Durood and Salaam (Salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ), authored by Khawaja Abdul Rehman Choorhvi.
