Happy Quaid Day 2021 By Minhaj ul Quran International (MQI) Norway. Shaykh-ul-Islam was born on February 19, 1951 in the historical city Jhang of Pakistan. And is the son of The Great Spiritiualist and Intellectual of his time Ash-Shaykh Dr. Farid ad-Din Al-Qadri. He was educated from the young age in both The Islamic and Secular Sciences Simultaneously.
Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Minhaj-ul-Quran Australia (NSW Chapter) had moved all their events and gatherings online via Zoom and other video conferencing technologies. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri offers condolences to Allama Ziaullah Shah Bukhari on his wife's death
Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said the best use of social media is to convey the message of Allah and His Prophet (pbuh). He asked the youth to share the Quranic verses, Hadith, and other verified information about Islam instead of sharing bad things. He said we need to recall that the followers of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) have been given the responsibility of propagating the faith.
Jamia Islamia Minhaj-ul-Quran has started a two-year Mufti Course (Specialization in Fiqh). Sharing the details of the course, JIMQ Principal Dr Mumtaz-ul-Hassan Barvi said that the course has been designed in a way that it is over and above any sectarian bias and will be taught by the scholars from Egypt, Sudan, and Tunis. He said that the 'halal' industry is expanding throughout the world and for this purpose, there is a dire need for qualified scholars well versed with Islamic laws.
In the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, Muslim Youth League (Canada) organized an event on Nov 7 for the youth in celebrating the Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) titled "Muhammad (pbuh), the Mercy to Humanity." The ceremony was presided over by Shaykh Abdullah Raja (president MYL Canada) and Youssef Bilal (General Secretary MYL Canada). The program was held online on the MYL youtube and Facebook pages- Spark of Ilm and was televised live on Minhaj TV as well.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri to write to the world leaders against blasphemous caricatures
On Saturday 31st of October, Minhaj-ul-Quran Netherlands organized a beautiful online Mawlid Celebrations program. The main guest of this event was Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Qadri. Many participants around the world had registered for this blessed occasion. The event was livestreamed on Youtube channel of MQI Netherlands.
Addressing the participants of the 37th International Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) Conference held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the prophet of mercy and peace for the whole world. He (pbuh) taught humanity about the values of human brotherhood, love, and tolerance. Dr Qadri announced to write letters to the heads of states and governments including the United Nations against the publication of blasphemous caricatures of the beloved Prophet (pbuh).
Addressing the ceremony marking the 40th foundation day of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that MQI is an ideological movement. He said it is unfortunate that interests have taken the place of ideology today. He said that ideological movements have always faced resistance and even met with grave consequences.
Dr Hassan Moh-ud-Din Qadri congratulated all the NEC members on their appointment and advised them to work hard to spread MQI’s message of peace, brotherhood, and interfaith harmony throughout Canada. He said that we should strengthen our relationship with Allah Almighty and the Holy Prophet (pbuh) through study circles for a greater understanding of the holy Quran and Hadith.
