Mawlid festival is a new concept introduced by Minhaj Youth League Norway to the Muslim community living in Norway. Celebrating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the message of mercy was the main purpose of this festival. Minhaj Youth League, being inspired by the same concept being used in the Netherlands, took a step further from last year and changed the whole Mawlid event into a festival for youth and families.
On Saturday 9th of June, MYLUK-S Huddersfield study circle sisters' organized a gathering in the celebration of the Beloved Prophet’s (PBUH) Night Journey and Heavenly Ascent. The gathering commenced with verses from the Holy Quran recited by Sana Mazhar and a heart-warming Nasheed by Aisha Javed.MYLUK-S Huddersfield Coordinator, Sadiyah Shafi, continued by introducing Muslim Youth League UK to the sisters who attended for the first time.
Sahibzada Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that Allah Almighty sent the Holy Prophet (SAW) as a mercy for all the worlds. He said that the Holy Prophet (SAW) is the last of all Prophets. He said that the last Prophet of Allah kept on urging the believers to fulfil the rights of others without any discrimination and the state of Madina set up by him was a manifestation of equality of rights and rule of law where members of all communities including Jews and Christians enjoyed fruits of real equality.
Minhaj Women & Youth League (Valby chapter) arranged a dinner in the honor of Mrs. Ghazala Hassan Qadri, member of Supreme Council of MQI, on the 5th of April 2012 at Minhaj-ul-Quran Valby. Mrs. Ghazala Hassan Qadri met all the members individually and answered different questions.
On the 5th of May 2012, the Founder of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri had an exclusive telephonic conference with Minhaj Women & Youth League Denmark. The conference took place at MQI Valby. Shaykh-ul-Islam congratulated all the sisters for organizing the greatest Milaad-e-Mustafa (SAW) gathering in Scandinavia and blessed them with his Dua.
On Saturday the 5th of May, Muslim Youth League UK Glasgow took part in the Charity Mela for Palestine at Kebana function suite organized by the ‘Friends of al-Aqsa’ Glasgow team – a UK based non-profitable organization first established in 1997 making NGO concerned with defending the human rights of Palestinians and protecting the sacred al-Aqsa Sanctuary in Jerusalem
On the 3rd of May 2012, a training session was organized in the North West Centre of MQI Denmark for Minhaj Women & Youth League North West and Minhaj Women & Youth League Valby, in which a talk was delivered by Mrs. Ghazala Hassan Qadri.
Member Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Mrs. Ghazala Hassan Qadri arrived in Denmark on the 2nd of May for a four day tour. She was greeted at the airport by executive members of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Denmark.
The grand finale of the Muslim Youth League UK – Sisters Executive Tour took place in Birmingham. The Birmingham sisters had made all the necessary arrangements at the Saltley Leisure Centre.
On Sunday 15th April 2012 the Pearls of Knowledge class organized a Mawlid-un-Nabi to commemorate the blessed birth of the Holy Prophet (SAW) under the guidance of Allama Abdul Saeed, scholar of Minhaj ul Quran Bradford.
The final week of the Muslim Youth League UK – S Executive tour started off in Walsall, a small town in the West Midlands. Under the leadership of the local Coordinator, Yasmin Hussain, the Walsall sisters had made all the necessary arrangements at the Palfrey Community Centre.

After a boost from the Muslim Youth League UK – Sisters executive team, on Saturday 7th of April MYL-S Huddersfield had their first sisters’ circle. A total of 15 sisters attended. The circle commenced with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran by Sana Mazhar followed by Salutations on the Beloved Prophet (PBUH) by Fazeela Shafi.
On the 25th of March 2012, Muslim Youth League (Birmingham) organized the first of a series of events reflecting on the lives and teachings of the luminaries of the Islamic scholastic tradition.
The Muslim Youth League UK – Sisters Executive started off the third weekend of their tour by visiting Huddersfield. The tour, which is aimed at raising awareness, building relations and recruiting new members, started from Scotland and is working its way to the south of the UK.

Manchester was the second destination of the third weekend of the Muslim Youth League UK – Sisters Executive tour. The tour which is aimed at raising awareness, building relations and recruiting new members started from Scotland and is working its way to the south of the UK.

The Executives of Muslim Youth League UK Sisters made their way by air, rail and road to Glasgow, Scotland, for the first session of the executive tour, which took place on (Sunday) 11th March 2012.
Copenhagen: Under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Denmark, a grand annual Mawlid Conference was arranged in which scores of women participated.
