Saturday 18th of June 2011: Minhaj Women’s League and Muslim Youth League Sisters Sheffield jointly organized Miraaj-un-Nabi (S.A.W) conference in the town of Rotherham. The guest speakers of the event were Aalima Faiza Qadri and Sister Khadija Atkinson from London.
Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Islamabad organized a grand exhibition of hundreds of books & CDs by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, in Fatima Jinnah Park Islamabad on 23 April, 2011 in collaboration with WAAG Islamabad. This is the second exhibition which MWL has held to promote the MQI’s message of peace and awareness about the scholarly works of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
On the First Minister’s recent visit to Glasgow, Mr Alex Salmond, who has close connections with Mr Abdul Majid (Chairman of Scots for Independence & brother of Haji Abdul Wahid), was presented with the recent Fatwa issued by Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri.
The Hague – On Sunday March 27th, Mawlid Festival took place for the fourth time: the biggest multicultural event in The Netherlands entirely focused on Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw). This year's theme of the festival was "A struggle of peace, love and knowledge". Minhaj-ul-Quran Youth League NL wanted to dispel the numerous misconceptions regarding Prophet Muhammad (saw) and show his true character.
A fundraising event in Sheffield raised money for the Orphans of the Pakistan floods, which occurred almost 8 months ago in July-August 2010. Inspirational talks and Nasheeds at the Hilton Hotel in Sheffield’s city centre were arranged on Sunday 20th March 2011.
Interfaith harmony and interfaith dialogue has been the key factor for a peaceful society and Minhaj-ul-Quran International has always promoted interfaith harmony at an international level. The Lambeth Palace invited Minhaj-ul-Quran UK representatives for a visit to Lambeth Palace and Westminster Abbey on 17 March 2011 and the delegation included Shaykh Sadiq Qureshi al-Azhari, Minhaj Peace and Integration Council President Abu Adam Ash-Sheerazi, and MPIC Secretary, Ishtiaq Ahmed, Minhaj-ul-Quran UK Spokesman Shahid Mursaleen and other office bearers of Minhaj-ul-Quran, Youth League and Sisters League.
On Sunday the 13th March 2011, another grand conference was hosted by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women league Glasgow alongside Muslim Youth League, to celebrate the great occasion of Mawlid-un-Nabi (SAW). A large number of women participated from surrounding areas within Pollokshields.On this occasion, sister Ambreen Mehmood (President of MYL-Sisters) conducted the proceedings of the programme in an impressive manner by welcoming the participants wholeheartedly and thanked everyone for attending such a blessed and spiritual gathering.
For the first time in the Norwegian history an official Mawlid seminar took place, professionally organised, planned and carried out with such devotion and passion, that the main auditorium of the Oslo University College was filled with the love towards Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Monday, 21st February 2011, was indeed a very blessed day for the Muslim Youth League as Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri visited the Muslim Youth League UK headquarters and the Seekers Academy.
27th Annual International Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference 2011 held successfully at the Minar-e-Pakistan Ground, Lahore Pakistan. This was a joint session of Minhaj-ul-Quran UK and Pakistan. One million people likely to attend Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference under MQI
Minhaj-ul-Quran Youth League Gujranwala held a Milad March on February 6, which started from new Railway station GT road and concluded on Sialkoti road. Anwar Akhtar Advocate, Secretary General of PAT, Sajid Mahmood Bhatti, Ishtiaq Hanif Mughal, central coordinator, and Amjad Hussain Jutt, vice president of MYL attended the March on special invitation. The March was jointly led by Imran Ali Advocate, Amir of MQI Gujranwala, and Muhammad Nauman Saddiqi, president of MYL Gujranwala, and Muhammad Ismail Inam, president of MSM.
The event of Mawlid-un-Nabi (S.A.W) was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 6th February 2011 under the auspices of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Denmark, in which a large number of ladies from surrounding areas participated. The chief guest of the programme was a well known student of Shaykh-ul-Islam and leader of Minhaj ul Quran UK, Allama Saadiq Qureshi Al-Azhari.

An annual conference was organized at Minhaj-Ul-Quran international Oslo in the remembrance of Imam Hussain (R.A.) on the 1st of January, in which numerous people from Oslo and surrounding areas participated.

At the new centre of Minhaj-ul-Quran International in Copenhagen, on the 19th of December, the Shahdat-e-Imam Hussain R.A Conference was organized by Women League in which a large number of women from Copenhagen and surrounding areas participated.
Minhaj-ul-Quran International Berlin and Center for inter-religious Dialogue Berlin Moabit jointly arranged charity evening in the town hall of Tiergarten District on 10.12.2010. His Excellency Mr. Khayyam Akbar, acting ambassador of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Dr. Christian Hanke, Mayor of Tiergarten District, Mr. Karl-Heinz-Niedermeyer, spokesman of Experts Committee for International Politics of SPD Party, Mr. Breitkreuz, spokesman for ZiD, Mr. Faiz Ahmd, President of MQI Berlin, Mrs. Anna Traub ZiD, Mrs. Naheed Imran, representative Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League and Mr. Mohammad Irshad, General Secretary MQI Berlin, were also present at the occasion.
The Al-Hidayah Magazine is a concerted effort to present articles that will convey the correct interpretation of Islam in the context of the modern world. It will also serve as an intellectual and social medium addressing the diverse aspects of Muslim life and the challenges it brings.
