Alhumdulillah, the true message of Milad-un-Nabi (Peace Be upon him and his family) was beautifully and powerfully conveyed to record number of audience that were in attendance in France.
Annual Milad-un-Nabi Conference was organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran Educational and Cultural Center, New Jersey on Jan 18, 2014.The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Qari Khalid Saeed and Hafiz Tanveer Ahmed. After recitation, beautiful naats were presented by M Asghar Chishti of New York, Mazhar Ali, Tariq Malik, M Asghar Chaudhry, Manzoor Ilahi and Saleem Sheikh.
On 18th January 2014, (16th Rabi ul Awal), an amazing Milad Conference took place in Halifax. The programme was organized by Minhaj Women League and Youth Sisters of Halifax. The programme was attended by 550 women and young girls.The proceedings of the programme were conducted by Sister Nahid, MWL President and sister Iffat, General Secretary.
The program commenced with the recitation from the verses of the Holy Quran by Sister Tayba. Then, a number of sisters presented nasheeds in the court of Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H). Sister Amna Ajmal delivered a brief but a comprehensive speech about the reality of Mawlid. She said that the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) has celebrated the birth of Prophet Mausa (RA), so why shouldn’t we celebrate the birth of our Prophet (P.B.U.H)?
Hundreds of thousands of people attend Milad Conference despite severe weather
The 30th annual International Milad Conference will be held today (Monday) at the historic Minar-e-Pakistan. All arrangements have been completed in this regard. The hundreds of thousands of people will attend the Conference from across Lahore city only, while the millions of faithful will express their love of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) by attending Milad gatherings in their respective cities throughout the country. Shaykh-ul-Islam will deliver his keynote address through a video link from Canada. His speech will simultaneously be broadcast live from Canada in Lahore and across 250 cities of the country.
The proceedings of MQI’s 30th annual Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference continue at Minar-e-Pakistan Lahore and in over 250 cities of the country. President of MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri is presiding over the Conference. The biggest Milad gathering is being held at Minar-e-Pakistan in which hundreds of thousands of people including women and children are in rapt attendance, while the faithful have thronged the Milad gatherings being held in other cities. Shaykh-ul-Islam will address the Milad gatherings through a video link. His keynote address will be broadcast live in 250 cities of Pakistan simultaneously.

Thousands of women from across the city of Lahore only will attend the 30th annual International Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference to be held under the aegis of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Lahore on the night of January 13, 2014. Razia Naveed, central Secretary General of Minhaj-ul-Quran women League, stated this while presiding over a meeting to oversee the arrangements for the Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference. Come January 19, one of Pakistan's most vocal detractors of the Taliban will arrive in Kashmir. The visit of Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri comes amid fears of the militia movement's imminent arrival in the Valley following the US drawdown in Afghanistan this year. The Canada-based scholar, who first made headlines last year via his generously attended rallies demanding electoral reform ahead of Pakistan's general elections, will also be addressing a rally at the Hazratbal Shrine in Srinagar on January 20, members of his Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) said.
