The monthly spiritual gathering of Gosha-e-Durood (for the month of July) that is held under the banner of MQI coincided with the 30th annual 'Urs' of Huzoor Qudwat-ul-Awliya’ Sayyiduna Tahir Ala-ud-Din al-Qadri al-Gillani al-Baghdadi (ra). MQI founding-leader Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri delivered his speech via the video link on this occasion.
The booklet starts with the heading ‘Traits of Islam’ that encompasses ‘Love, mercy, compassion, kindness, liberalness, tolerance, benevolence, forgiveness, forbearance, altruism, charity, peace, moderation. These aforementioned traits have been spotlighted throughout the book in light of the traditions of the beloved Prophet (pbuh). The booklet is comprised of two parts. Part one, having around 100 articles – gives information about the birth of the Prophet (pbuh), and importantly a general description of his personality.

In his special message on Pakistan Day, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has that Pakistan is a great blessing of Allah Almighty. He said that our motherland was achieved after exemplary sacrifices. He said that the purpose of rendering these sacrifices was the establishment of a great and secure state built on the universal teachings of Islam. He said that the aims and objectives for which this country was attained are clearly listed in the preamble to the Constitution.

President MQI Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri has said that MQI is taking excellent steps for the provision of quality sports and other services for the orphan children living in the Aghosh Complex. He said that these services are in addition to the educational and lodging facilities. He said that top-of-the-line facilities are available in Aghosh Orphan Care Homes that are operating in Lahore, Karachi, and Sialkot.

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the Quaid-i-Azam was an influential and mesmerizing personality due to the strength of the character and truthfulness. He said that knowledgeable people are aware of the fact that the Quaid was an advocate of Islamic thought. He never adopted any apologetic attitude when it came to expressing Islamic beliefs. He had a clarity of thought about the Islamic system of politics, economics, and society without any tinge of ambiguity.

Expressing his views at the 37th International Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) Conference of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI), Pir Sayyid Riaz Hussain Shah, the renowned religious scholar, Central Secretary General Jamaat-e-Ahle Sunnat Pakistan and the founder of Idara Talimat-e-Islamia Rawalpindi, said that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has tried his best to pay back the debt on Umma regarding the promotion of the peaceful teachings of Islam and love of the Holy Prophet (pbuh).

The 40th foundation day of Minhaj-ul-Quran International will be celebrated across 100 countries of the world including Pakistan on October 17.
