Al-hamdulillah by the grace of Almighty Allah (swt), the mercy of the Holy Prophet Sallallahu alayhi wa salim and by the Faiz and Barakah of Huzoor Sayyidi Shaykh-ul-Islam approximately 250 women of both youth & older participants, from all over Sheffield gathered to participate in this splendid programme in the remembrance and celebration of the holy birth of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu alayhi wa salim including the Minhaj ul Quran Sisters from Nelson, Birmingham and Manchester.
The programme commenced with the divine words of Almighty Allah with the recitation of the Holy Qur'an by Sister Kauther followed by the Qaseeda Burda Sharif by the KMK Sisters. Throughout the conference praises of the Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salim were recited instilling the love of Rasoolallah sallallahu alayhi wa salim into the hearts of the listeners.
Our guest from Nelson, Sister Mariam conveyed an English speech about some of the miraculous events that took place during the blessed birth of Rasoolallah sallallahu alayhi wa salim and expressed the importance of attaining love for the Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salim. Sister Mariam also talked about the importance of Durood and Salaam and the adab one should have when sitting in a gathering of Dhikr.
Sister Sabia from Sheffield then talked about the Sahabas Radiallahu anhuma love for the Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salim and how they went out of their way to protect the Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salim out of love and sincerity. Sister Sabia also mentioned the tragic state of the youth today and in order for us to gain guidance we must follow the examples lead by the Sahabas Radiallahu anhuma.
Sister Sundos from Birmingham then talked about the physical appearance of the Holy Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa salim enabling us to get a glimpse to how the most beloved of Allah looked.
The final speech was by Sister Tanzeem from Birmingham who dynamically explained the importance of joining a Jam’aah. She explained the importance of working collectively and cleared up all the common arguments against joining a Jam’aah. She explained how Minhaj ul Qur’an all embracing and all-encompassing ideology revives all aspects of human living.
The programme rightfully ended with heart warming Salaat and Salaams recited upon the Holy Prophet (saw) and Dhikr lead by the KMK Sisters. Baji Gulfaam and Baji Shahida then finished the programme with a beautiful du’a.
Free Islamic literature was distributed and food was served at the end. Stalls were arranged selling the books and videos of Shaykh ul Islam Dr Tahir ul Qadri.
