Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri’s special message on Independence Day
The founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, in his message to the nation on the occasion of the 77th Independence Day, said that freedom is an invaluable blessing and should be cherished.
He said the best way to value it is by sincerely adhering to the purposes and objectives for which Pakistan was established. The founder of Pakistan stated that Pakistan is a laboratory for Islam, where a system of life based on the golden principles of the Quran and Sunnah would be established.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that Islam is a complete code of life that has provided humanity with guiding principles in economic, political, social, and societal matters.
“By following these principles, we can not only protect our freedom with dignity but also elevate Pakistan into the ranks of developed nations,” he said.
Dr Qadri urged that on the occasion of the 77th Independence Day, we should pledge to lay the foundation of a prosperous society by educating and training our youth.
Meanwhile, Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Professor Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, and young scholar Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri congratulated the nation on the 77th Independence Day and expressed hope that one day Pakistan would become a prosperous country of the Muslim Ummah, with its youth proving to be its true asset.
