Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri Delivers Friday Sermon at Kowloon Masjid and Islamic Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong
Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri delivered the Friday Sermon at Kowloon Masjid and Islamic Centre, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
The event was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, including Mufti Muhammad Arshad, Chief Imam & Mufti of Kowloon Masjid, Hong Kong, along with other notable personalities from various walks of life. Dr. Hassan Qadri's sermon focused on “The Noble Character of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.”
During his address, Dr. Hassan Qadri emphasized that when discussing the character of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, Allah Almighty declares in the Quran: "And indeed, you are of a great moral character", indicating that the Prophet ﷺ is adorned with the manners of the Qur’an and embodied with divine virtues. This means that whatever Allah has conveyed in the Qur’an is, in essence, the character of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. To understand the Qur’an, one must read its words, and to see its teachings in their perfect form, one should look at the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.
Dr. Hassan Qadri conveyed that the exalted character of the Prophet ﷺ serves as a message for all of us—that we should strive to adorn our lives with his character, emulate his example, and embody his noble qualities, for this is the true essence of faith. The teachings of Minhaj-ul-Quran and Shaykh ul Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri strongly advocate this. We should aspire to make our lives a reflection of the Holy Prophet’s ﷺ character. This is the core message of Shaykh ul Islam, who has devoted his entire life to spreading this message worldwide, urging the youth to make the character and conduct of the Prophet ﷺ the foundation of their lives.
Director MQI Hong Kong, Allama Naseem Naqshbandi, General Secretary Tahir Mahmood, and large number of leaders from Minhaj-ul-Quran International Hong Kong, along with prominent figures from various sectors of the local community and the general public, attended the Friday gathering.
