Women Kindle the Love of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) in Wondrous Way at MQI

Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Lahore organized a beautiful Nashid gathering (Mehfil-e-Naat) in which thousands of women participated earnestly from all the corners of Lahore to celebrate the Holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal at Central Secretariat on 22nd of March, 2007. The Holy Gathering began with the recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran and reading Naat of the Holy Prophet (SAW).
Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Nazim-e-Aala, Minhaj-ul-Quran International, said in his speech that celebrating the birth of the Holy Prophet (SAW) is the Sunnah of Allah Almighty and the expression of joy and happiness on this mega event of human history is the cemented foundation of our Faith (Iman). He said as food is needed for the body, the same way love is needed for the soul. Food strengthens the body while love strengths the soul. A person is incomplete without the love of the Holy Prophet. He told the women that they have come to the right place, if they are looking for the Love of the Holy Prophet (SAW) because Minhaj-ul-Quran International is like an ocean of love of the Holy Prophet (SAW) where millions of people come to quench their thirst.
We should prefer the love of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to every thing else in the world and hesitate not to make sacrifices of our worldly pleasures for it. Minhaj-ul-Quran International is striving hard and playing vital and exemplary role to promote the love of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) round the globe. In that case Nisheed and Millad conferences are being held through out the world. None of the joys and thrill is greater than the ones the Muslims enjoy themselves on the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He emphasized the women to arrange gatherings at home so that we may inculcate the love of The Holy Prophet (PBUH) in the heart of our children and coming generations.
He said that the women from all corners of Pakistan would attend with their children to display their love for their beloved Prophet Mohammad (SAW). He said one of the major objectives behind the creation of Minhaj-ul-Quran International is to spread the love of the Holy Prophet (SAW) round the globe. The every moment of its founder's life is dedicated to that noble cause and he leaves no stone unturned to promote it.
Farrah Naz, Central Leader and Nazima Women League Minhaj-ul-Quran International, while speaking to the gathering said that the night at the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was raised is far much greater and exalted than the 27th of Ramadan (Shub-e-Qadr). She argued if we had not been blessed with Shub-e-Milad-e-Mustafa, we would not have got Shub-e-QaDr Our dreams came true on that night and brought spring to our lives. All of pleasures revolve around the heavenly merriment and bliss we have with the arrival of the Holy Prophet (SAW).She said that today the mother should celebrate the birth of the Holy Prophet (SAW) enthusiastically so that we should leave a rich inheritance for the people to come after us.
Ayesha Shabbir, Vice Nazima of League said, we can act upon the teachings of the Holy Prophet (SAW) in case we should have awareness that His love is the riches of our life. She also urged the women to come forward more enthusiastically to celebrate this mega event .She said all of our problems would come to an end with the special charm of Nalain-e-Mustafa ( His blessed shoes).Ahmad Nawaz Amjum, president of Punjab Province, Dr Shahid Mehmood, Director Media, Nureed Fatima and Iffat Waheed also addressed the gathering.
