UK: MWL Birmingham holds event for children

On 29th of March, a very special programme was held at Naseby Road Alum Rock Birmingham. It was organised by Gulshan Baano. This event was a bouquet of English and Urdu poems and speeches. There was a beautiful addition of some lovely nasheed groups. This was one of the first events of its kind where we had laughter and tears throughout.

All the participants were children who had the most beautiful way of delivering their thoughts and feelings. Children had a lot of help learning all those things and a very big thanks to our lovely MYL Sisters Haleema and Tabassum for help and support. And special thanks to Sister Gulshan is also due for preparing these children as well.

This event was hosted by two lovely young Sisters, Aminah and Aisha. They both were fantastic. Recitation was made by Iqra. Tabassum group and Haleema group performed lovely nasheeds. All the participants invited their mothers as special guests and gave them some gorgeous presents. Mothers appreciated them and got very emotional. All the audience requested to hold these kinds of events more often. Sister Gulshan was surprised by some lovely girls when she was presented flowers, chocolates and some lovely gifts. A heart-warming nasheed was recited by Sister Shameem from Birmingham MWL. Dua was done by Sister Rukhsana Parveen. Packaged food was distributed at the end of the event .The event was a big success thanks to everyone who helped.
