Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri condoles death of Sardar Farooq Leghari
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has expressed his deep grief and sorrow over the death of Sardar Farooq Leghari, former president of Pakistan who breathed his last on Wednesday morning. Shaykh-ul-Islam prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in peace and give patience to the family to bear this loss. It must be kept in mind that both Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri and Sardar Farooq Leghari were part of a National Alliance, a 13-party alliance of opposition parties in 1998.Meanwhile Sahibzada Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, president of MQI’s Supreme Council, Sahibzada Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, president of MQI’s Federal Council, Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Secretary General of MQI and Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, senior Deputy Secretary General, have also condoled the death of former president.
