Minhajul Quran hosts Eid Milad in Dallas

DALLAS: Minhajul Quran Dallas hosted Eid Miladun Nabi celebration at Eisemann Center in Richardson where a large number of DFW residents were also present.
Famous Naat Khawan Noor Mohammad Jarral presented a Naat in the praise to Prophet Mohammad PBUH, upon which a number of women in attendance got emotional.
Slogans of Nara e Takbeer and Nara e Haidri were chanted which could be heard from a distance in the event.
Maulana Mukhtar Ahmad Naeemi of Houston in his address said that Islam has given equal rights to women. He stressed on mothers to spend special attention on children education and training and pay special attention on Islamic teachings for their kids.
He said that where Quran has discussed the role and character of Saleheen, salehaat are also given the same stature.
Minhaj ul Quran's leaders Dr. Mansoor Mian, Imran Danka while addressing the gathering highlighted Minhaj ul Quran's services for Islam.
Local Naat khawan Mohammad Akram Sajid, Shoaib Habib and a number of local school's students also participated in the event.
Mujeeb Qazi Kashmiri and Sami Qureshi performed as Master of Ceremony in the program. A prominent community leader Ghulam Jangda also attended the event.
Islamic books and other religious merchandise booths were also installed in which all participants including men and women showed interest. The program went on for more than 5 hours.
Minhaj ul Quran is also hosting a Grand Inter-Faith of Mawlid-un-Nabi program at the ILM Event center in Plano next Saturday 9th of February which is hosted jointly by multi faith Muslim organizations.
The program will run from 5:30PM to 9PM. The Milad committee of DFW is sponsoring a Milad parade in Down Town Dallas on 10th of February.
The parade will be lead by prominent Pakistani religious scholar Maulana Dr Jamil Rathore, Maulana Babar Rahmani, Ghulam Jangda, Shoaib Ahmad, Mufti Hafeez ul Rahman, Qari Bilal, Maulana Ghulam Subhani and other scholars and religious personalities.
The parade will start at 01 PM from City Hall at Dallas Downtown to adjacent streets in Downtown Dallas and will end back at City hall.
