On Sunday 24th April 2005, during the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, the Minhaj Muslim Sisters youth League along with participants from the Minhaj Womens League by the grace of Almighty Allah (Subhana wa ta'ala) and the mercy of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim) organised a fantastic mawlid conference in praise and rememberance of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alahi wa salim)'s divine and holy birth.
The conference begin with the most eloquent Tilawat-e-Qur'an by Sister Mehmoona, immensely reviving the hearts of all with the beautiful words of the Glorious Qur'an. Progressing onwards with the dhikrullah and praises of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim), Qasidah Burdah Sharif (Poem of the Scarf), in a unique and distinct style recited by the KMK Sisters constituted a very energetic and spirited atmosphere.
Sister Sadia (Stage secretary) with her encouraging and motivational words and hadith further uplifted the audience. The students of Jamia Masjid Minhaj-ul-Qur'an from Aminah Class and Khadijah Class expressed their love and reverence to the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim) via Naat-e-Rasool (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim), revitalizing the attachment and affection towards our beloved Rasool (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim).
Our special guest Sister Jabeen delivered an invigorating and awe inspiring speech on peace and salutations upon the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim).
Innumerable Nasheeds were recited, which were the prominent highlights of the entire conference. Jamiat-e-Fatima Sisters with their impressive voices lavished the praises of the Holy Prophet (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim) within the audience and throughout the corners of the entire hall. Sister Rifat-ul-Nisa and Sister Qulsoom-ul-Nisa with their amazing nasheeds elevated our spirits and opened the doors of Ishq-e-Rasool (Sallallaho alaihi wa salim).
