In continuation of celebrations marking the 57th birthday of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, an exhibition of books, CDs and pictures of Ambassador of Peace was held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League. Prominent figures belonging to various walks of life and a good number of people visited the exhibition and took keen interest in the books, CDs and pictures put up in the exhibition. Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League made a pictorial display of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri's personality to highlight his historic role for the establishment of peace and interfaith dialogue and harmony. Hundreds of people visited the exhibition and had a glimpse of Shaykh-ul-Islam's contribution in the form of pictures. Naib Amir-e-Tehreek Brig. (r ) Iqbal Ahmad Khan inaugurated the exhibition. Speaking at the occasion, the Nazima of Women League Ms Farah Naz said this exhibition has been arranged to pay tribute to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri on his 57th birthday due to his efforts for revival of Islam. There are hundreds of aspects of the organization of Minhaj-ul-Quran which is present in more than 100 countries of the world and effort has been made to bring out some of them through pictorial exhibition. She said this exhibition would be held at larger scale in the coming years. Nazim-e-Ala Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, Naib Nazim-e-Ala Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, Amir-e-Punjab Ahmad Nawaz Anjum, Anwar Akhtar Advocate and other heads of the Directorates of Tehreek also visited the exhibition and appreciated the arrangements.
