Our eternal success lies in following teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH): Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri

Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri delivered an online address to a seminar on the subject of “Islamic belief: A beautiful blend of moderation and innovation” held under the banner of MQI & MYL India. He said that it is the uniqueness and beauty of Islamic beliefs that they are not affected by vagaries of time; they promote moderation, and balance in man’s personality, disposition and thinking and save from falling victim to extremism, negative attitudes and immoderation. He said that he who acts upon the Islamic teachings is beneficial to all people around him and is an agent of positive change in society.

Continuing his talk, Shaykh Hammad Mustafa said that the obedience of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the obedience of Allah Almighty. He said following the ‘Seerah’ of the beloved Prophet (PBUH), which is a role model for the entire humanity, is binding on us as followers, adding that doing so is the guarantee of success in this world and the hereafter.

Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Madani al-Qadri quoted Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri wherein he had said if we stop following the ways of others and make the blessed Sirah and life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) the guiding light of our lives, our circumstances can change for the better.

He said his message for the youth was to follow the Holy Prophet (PBUH), act upon his teachings in their lives and adopt peace, softness and compassion in their talk as well as in their interactions with others.

The seminar was attended by a large number of people and associates of MQI & MYL.
