Five-day training courses to start today for teachers of Center of Knowledge
A five-day training camp for the organizers and teachers of the Knowledge Centers under the banner of MQI is going to start on July 16 (today) for the teachers belonging to five Divisions of Sindh province.
Director Courses Hafiz Saeed Raza Baghdadi, Mahmood Masood Qadri, Muhammad Sarfraz Qadri, Hassan Mahmood Jamati, Ahmad Mahmood Qadri, and other teachers will conduct the training and deliver special lectures on the occasion.
Mazhar Mahmood Alvi, Naib Nazim-e-Ala Sindh, said that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has announced the setting up of 25000 Centers of Knowledge across the country. He said that the purpose of establishing these Centers is to take practical steps for the moral and spiritual training, promote the Islamic teachings of love, peace and interfaith harmony and end the extremist and violent attitudes.
Mazhar Alvi said that like other provinces, a good number of Islamic Knowledge Centers will be established in Sindh as well. He said that the training camps have been planned for Hyderabad, Mirpur Khas, Nawabshah, Larkana and Sukkar Divisions on July 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20 respectively and the scholars belonging to the Courses Department of MQI will impart training to the teachers and organizers.
Mazhar Mahmood Alvi said that teachers, students and people belonging to different walks of life would attend these sessions. He said that the MQI scholars would brief the participants about the syllabi and contents of the curriculum in the light of the vision of Shaykh-ul-Islam. He said that every household would have to become a Center of Knowledge for the promotion of peace and brotherhood and the eradication of violence, extremism and intolerance.
