Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri on how to build a great nation on the principles of Islam
Congratulations to the entire nation on the 77th Independence Day. The founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, once said, 'We did not demand Pakistan just to acquire a piece of land; rather, we wanted to obtain a laboratory where we could experiment with the principles of Islam.' When the golden principles of Islam were implemented in the State of Madinah, the world’s first welfare state came into existence, where followers of all religions were guaranteed the protection of life, property, business, and the right to practice their faith. By following the commands of the Quaid and the model of the State of Madinah, we can make Pakistan a great nation. InshaAllah, that day will surely come.
