Minhaj-ul-Quran International Connecticut Launches Historic First-Ever Mawlid Parade at Hartford State Capitol

Congratulations to all the members of the MQ Connecticut team, especially Prof. Javed Iqbal sb, under whose leadership they successfully organized a grand "Mawlid Parade” at the State Capitol Building in Hartford, CT, on Sunday, September 22, 2024, Alhamdulillah. This historic event is the first of its kind in Connecticut’s capital.

The parade was organized under Minhaj-ul-Quran banner and welcomed representatives from all schools of thought (Masalik), along with Imams and mosque presidents from across Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Long Island!
