Shahid Latif appointed President of Minhajians Forum

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, and others extend congratulations

Shahid Latif, a leader of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has been appointed as the President of the Minhajians Forum. The decision was made during a meeting of the Minhajians Forum held yesterday.

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman Supreme Council of Minhaj-ul-Quran, congratulated Shahid Latif on his appointment.

In his remarks, the Chairman Supreme Council emphasized that scholars who have graduated from Jamia Islamia Minhaj-ul-Quran should, alongside their professional duties, play a role in spreading the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He highlighted that the religion emphasizes serving humanity, brotherhood, and equality.

Dr. Qadri stated that if the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) were followed 100%, no individual in the Ummah would remain uneducated or go to bed hungry. He urged attendees to support those left behind in life’s race and reiterated that serving distressed humanity is the essence of Islam.
