MQI Northampton arranged a very beautiful program celebrating the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) for Ladies and Gents under the following Covid-19 Government Guidance. Syed Ali Abbas Bukhari (President MQI UK) was the guest speaker with Shaykh Abu Adam Ahmed Al Shirazi (President MQI midlands) as stage secretary and Ghulam Murtaza (General Secretary MQI midlands) was also a chief guest.
In the blessed month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, Muslim Youth League (Canada) organized an event on Nov 7 for the youth in celebrating the Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) titled "Muhammad (pbuh), the Mercy to Humanity." The ceremony was presided over by Shaykh Abdullah Raja (president MYL Canada) and Youssef Bilal (General Secretary MYL Canada). The program was held online on the MYL youtube and Facebook pages- Spark of Ilm and was televised live on Minhaj TV as well.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri to write to the world leaders against blasphemous caricatures
On Saturday 31st of October, Minhaj-ul-Quran Netherlands organized a beautiful online Mawlid Celebrations program. The main guest of this event was Shaykh Hammad Mustafa al-Qadri. Many participants around the world had registered for this blessed occasion. The event was livestreamed on Youtube channel of MQI Netherlands.
Addressing the participants of the 37th International Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) Conference held under the banner of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the prophet of mercy and peace for the whole world. He (pbuh) taught humanity about the values of human brotherhood, love, and tolerance. Dr Qadri announced to write letters to the heads of states and governments including the United Nations against the publication of blasphemous caricatures of the beloved Prophet (pbuh).
Expressing his views at the 37th International Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) Conference of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI), Pir Sayyid Riaz Hussain Shah, the renowned religious scholar, Central Secretary General Jamaat-e-Ahle Sunnat Pakistan and the founder of Idara Talimat-e-Islamia Rawalpindi, said that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has tried his best to pay back the debt on Umma regarding the promotion of the peaceful teachings of Islam and love of the Holy Prophet (pbuh).

Minhaj-ul-Quran Australia (New South Wales Chapter) celebrated the Mawlid of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) on 28th October 2020 in Sydney Australia. The Birthday is celebrated by millions of Muslims around the world with recitation of Naat and programs of Mawlid-un-Nabi (s.a.w.). The day is a national holiday in many countries including Syria, Libya, Egypt, Morocco, Fiji and Pakistan among others and is traditionally referred to as Mawlid al-Nabi (pbuh).
MQI’s 37th annual and the biggest International Mawlid-un-Nabi ﷺ Conference of the world will be held during the intervening night between 11th and 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal at the historic Minar-e-Pakistan on October 29, 2020. The hundreds of thousands of people from Lahore and adjoining areas would attend the Conference to show their utmost reverence and extreme love for the Holy Prophet (pbuh).

Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri addresses Milad e Mustafa ﷺ Conference in Karachi
A beautiful Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) ceremony was arranged at the residence of Allam Tahir Rafique Naqshbandi Minhajian under the banner of MQI South Africa. A large number of families, religious scholars, Mashaykh, doctors, and Muslim trading community members, and men and women attended the ceremony. A candle-lit procession was also taken out in which the participants offered greetings and salutations on the Holy Prophet (pbuh).
Karachi: Annual Milad Conference | Exclusive Speech Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri
A Milad Conference was held at Bagh-i-Jinnah under the banner of MQI Karachi. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri attended the event via video link and delivered his address. Those who were present at the stage were Secretary General MQI Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, President PAT Qazi Zahid Hussain and the leaders of MQI Karachi chapter.
The representatives of different faiths and religious scholars belonging to various schools of thought joined the Milad feast that is being held daily at the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI). Those who were present at the ceremony held under the subject of "Teachings of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and the interfaith tolerance" were Allama Asim Makhdoom, Allama Zubair Abid, Allama Asghar Arif Chishti, Allama Ghulam Abbas Sherazi, Allama Ishfaq Haider Jafari and Allama Mahmood Ghaznavi.
With the beginning of the holy month of Rabi ul Awwal, various celebratory activities are taking place at the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) in Lahore. The month is being celebrated with religious fervor and zeal. Milad feasts are being arranged this year as well as the practice of the previous years.
MQI Lahore took out a procession from Mughalpura chowk to Baghbanpura Bazar in connection with the holy month of Raib-ul-Awwal, which was led by Naib Nazim-e-Aala Muhammad Rafique Najam, vice president PAT Raja Zahid Mahmood, central Secretary Information Noorullah Siddiqui, MQI Lahore president Hafiz Ghulam Farid, president MYL Mazhar Mahmood Alvi, Ishtiaq Hanif Mughal, president Minhaj-ul-Quran Aziz Bhatti Town Shahbaz Hussain Qadri, and Aslam Pervez Qadri, Sheikh Wakeel Ahmad, Muhammad Hanif Qadri, and Tariq Altaf.
As per tradition, with the beginning of the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal, all buildings associated with MQI have been illumined with decorative lights. It includes the central secretariat, Gosha-e-Durood, Minhaj-ul-Quran Mosque, College of Shariah and Islamic Sciences, Minhaj College for Women, other related institutions and adjoining streets have been decorated with bulbs and lights.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has congratulated Muslims around the globe on the advent of the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal. In his felicitation message on the occasion, he said that the onset of the blessed month brings with it a message of peace, happiness, and tranquility. He said that our individual happiness was no match to the collective happiness symbolized by the holy month.
Addressing a conference at the central secretariat of MQI, Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri said that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is the pride of humanity. He said the Muslim Umma will continue to express their gratitude on this greatest of blessings by celebrating Mawlid-un-Nabi (pbuh) till the Day of Judgment. He said the Holy Prophet (pbuh) is a benefactor and guide of the whole humanity, adding that his arrival in the world gave the manifesto of dignified living to humankind and did away with the so-called pride in caste, creed, colour, and race.
