Franco Pakistanis declares its merger with MQI

In this age of mischief, chaos and disorder when the anti-Islam forces have got united and the religious scholars under the arrogance of worldly knowledge are pushing the Muslims towards extremism, sectarianism and terrorism, it becomes not only difficult but also at times impossible to protect one's faith through individual struggle. The initiation of individual efforts aimed at reforming the collective whole cannot achieve its desired result. If safeguarding the faith of succeeding generations is our objective, we would have to sink our individual struggle into a collective whole. This further requires joining hands with an organized movement. Allah Almighty says in the Holy Quran: "And cooperate with one another in the (works of) of piety and good."

The Holy Prophet (saw) also said: "Allah Almighty would never assemble this Umma on misguidance. Allah's Support is with party. So obey the biggest party of all and he who separates himself from the party is put into fire."

In order to find way out and answer complex questions in this world defined my mischief, it is important to join an organization. In keeping with the above mentioned verse and Hadith, 'Franco Pakistanis', a civil society organization located in Gonsawell city in the outskirts of France, declared its merger with Minhaj-ul-Quran International having been impressed by its reformative, spiritual, religious, welfare and constructive work. Najeeb Ahmad, former president of the NGO along with its incumbent president Arshad Hussain, General Secretary Sarfraz Sahi and the entire organization declared to merge with MQI. It must be kept in mind that Abdul Jabbar Butt, president of MQI France, is also resident of the same area and majority of its citizens are Pakistanis.

A splendid ceremony was organized in that regard where office bearers of both organizations were seated on the stage. The formal proceedings of the programme got underway with the recitation from the Holy Quran by Qari Muhammad Saddique followed by Naat. Allama Hassan Mir Qadri introduced the members of both sides. The members of MQI garlanded the new comers to the fold of MQI. Rao Khalil Ahmad, president of Minhaj Media Coordination Bureau Europe, saved beautiful moments in the video camera.

17 members of Franco Pakistanis got life membership of Minhaj-ul-Quran International and joined the caravan of MQI. Those who got life membership included president Arshad Hussain, General Secretary Sarfraz Sahi, Najeeb Nazir, Usman Mubasher Ali, Khizar Hayat, Javed Tasneem, Faisal Mahmood, Asghar Aamir, Akram, Tariq Mahmood, Aamir Javed, Ahmad Naseem, Shaukat Abbas, Zulifqar Ahmad Khan, Mumtaz Ahmad Khan, Abdul Qadoos, Khalid Mahmood and Ashiq Shumraiz.
