Preparations for 30th International Milad Conference 2017 kick off

MQI leaders headed by the Secretary International Milad conference 2017 Jawad Hamid visited Minar-e-Pakistan to oversee the arrangements for the 30th International Milad Conference. The delegation met the PHA officers and had detailed exchange of views about the preparations of the conference. At this occasion, Jawad Hamid said that the 30th International Milad Conference would be held at the Minar-e-Pakistan. He said that we assure the administration that neither would a flower be plucked nor a leaf fall and cleanliness of the whole area would be taken care of. He said that an important international figure would attend the conference this year. The preparations for the conference have already kicked off.

Jawad Hamid added that Chairman PAT Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri would deliver a keynote address on the occasion. Talking about the preparations he said that 70 plus committees have been constituted which are busy working for the arrangements. He said hundreds of thousands of men and women would attend the conference despite the chilly winter season. The delegation included Malik Imtiaz Awan, Saeed Akhtar, Raja Nadeem, Ch. Sultan Mehmood, Rashid Minhas, Qazi Memood and Abdul Hafiz Ch.

Jawad Hamid said that the youths of PAT, MSM and Minhaj-ul-Quran Youth League would perform security duties whereas all forums of PAT and Minhaj ul Quran would play host. He further said that with the sighting of the Rabi-ul-Awwal moon, preparations for the stage and sitting arrangement would be started forthwith. He added that separate sitting arrangements for men and women would be made as per routine. Reception camps would be set up at different places in the city to guide the caravans of participants entering Lahore.
