Islam lays great emphasis on the rights of orphans: Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri
Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, president of MQI, has said that Islam has laid great emphasis on the rights of orphan children. He said that making arrangements for their education and training is an act of great piety. He said that the Holy Quran has mentioned the orphans at more than 30 places and urged the believers to take care of orphans and protect their belongings.
Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri stated this while talking to Col. (r) Mubashir Iqbal, Director of Aghosh Complex who gave him a briefing about the working of the Complex. He told the president of MQI that a special menu has been prepared for the children living in the Complex with their consultation. He said that excellent arrangements of quality food have been made for Sahr and Iftar. He said that work has also been started for the provision of new clothes and gifts on the occasion of Eid. He assured Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri that no stone will be left unturned in providing education and training to the children of Orphan Care Home.
Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri appreciated the services of the Aghosh team in the provision of quality services. He said that Orphan Care Home was set up on the special directions of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. He stated that similar institutions are being built up in other cities of Pakistan.
