MQI Central Executive Council meets to review organizational matters
A meeting of the Central Executive Council (CEC) of MQI was held here under the leadership of Chairman Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri. The heads and presidents of all zonal organizations presented their respective performance reports in the meeting. Chairman Supreme Council expressed his satisfaction and happiness on the performance of the various departments and directorates. He, however, urged them to bring about further improvements in their working to meet the organizational targets.
Nazim-e-Aala Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan Allama Mir Asif Akbar briefed the meeting about the system and operations of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan. He informed the participants of the meeting that more than 1500 Madaris have got accredited with Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan in a short span of time since its establishment. He said that more than 50,000 students are getting education in these religious seminaries, adding that Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan is the first Board where both religious and contemporary sciences are being taught simultaneously. He said that due to excellent educational performance, the Government of Pakistan has provided free textbooks to 36000 students. He said that Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan is establishing computer labs in the seminaries. It has also launched teachers’ training programs as well as set up a transparent examination system.
Allama Mir Asif Akbar said that new syllabus was not only designed under the supervision of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri but also enforced across the country. He said that students of other religions are also doing their M. Phil and PhD degrees from the educational institutions of MQI. The Central Executive Council congratulated the administration of Nizam-ul-Madaris Pakistan on rendering excellent educational and training services in a short span of time.
Allama Ghulam Murtaza Alvi briefed the meeting about the Fehm-e-Deen project. He said that electronic data from the central secretariat to the basic organizational unit has been prepared through software Vision 2025 developed by Minhaj Internet Bureau (MIB). He said that the speeches of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri are being listened to through the software, stating that more than 1 lakh workers and associates have got themselves registered by using the software. He said that the software is also being used for monitoring of the targets contained in Vision 2025.
A documentary designed by MIB about the Fehm-e-Deen project was also shown in the CEC meeting. The short clips of the speeches of Shaykh-ul-Islam are being shared with more than 1500 WhatsApp groups. Chairman Supreme Council appreciated the efforts made for the success of the Fehm-e-Din project and congratulated the entire team.
Naib Nazim-e-Aala Coordination Dr Rafiq Najam presented a report about the training and dawah activities of the local MQI chapters. Syed Mahmood-ul-Hasan Jafri was congratulated on his apartment as the first director of the Directorate of Gosha-e-Durood. Speaking on the occasion, Allama Rana Muhammad Idrees Qadri said that MQI scholars continue to deliver special lectures on the Holy Quran throughout the country.
General Secretary MWL Ms. Sidra Karamat briefed the CEC meeting about the pictorial gallery project. She said that various aspects of the 70 years of Shayh-ul-Islam eventful life have been highlighted through the pictorial gallery. Chairman MQI Supreme Council Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri felicitated Director FMRi Muhammad Farooq Rana and Dr Maya Naz of MWL on the completion of the pictorial gallery project.
The efforts and services of Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Vice President Brig. (r ) Iqbal Ahmad Khan and Director Administration Jawad Hamid were also appreciated with reference to successful Itikaf City 2022. The CEC appreciated the excellent arrangements made on the occasion.
Briefing the CEC meeting about the International Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference, Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that president of MQI Lahore chapter Rana Nafees Hussain Qadri and his team deserve to be appreciated for making successful arrangements for the conduct of the mega event. He said that all the forums celebrated the Quaid Day befittingly. The CEC congratulated Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri on the successful organizational and Dawah tour of Europe. It also felicitated Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri and Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri for delivering thoughtful and intellectually rich speeches during Itikaf.
The CEC meeting also expressed its happiness on the recognition of the services of Hazrat Farid e Millat Dr Farid-ud-Din Qadri (R.A) during the freedom struggle by the Pakistan Workers Trust. It also praised the Accounts and Finance Department for excellent financial management and bookkeeping.
